We want you to love your gift.
Personalized gifts
Because personalized gifts are made just for you, we cannot take them back or exchange them for a change of mind. If something arrives damaged, or does not match what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will fix it or make it again at no cost.
Ready-made gifts
Ready-made gifts can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the problem. We reply as soon as we can.
Photo problems
If a photo you sent is too small or blurry to print well, we will contact you on WhatsApp before we make the gift.
