What we collect
When you order or make an account we ask for your name, phone or WhatsApp number, city and delivery address. Email is optional at checkout. If you make an account we also ask for your birthday and gender, so we can wish you well and understand who our customers are.
Your photos
Photos you upload for a personalized gift are used only to make that order. We keep them for 90 days after delivery in case something needs fixing, then delete them.
How we use it
We use your details to make and deliver your order, to message you about it on WhatsApp, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your information.
Who sees it
Our team, and the courier who delivers your parcel (name, phone and address only).

We use cookies that the site needs to work, such as your cart and login. With your permission we also use analytics and advertising tools. See the cookie policy.
